In addition, if you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

Similar to commercial websites, we collect information about how the Dashboard website is used.

Non-PII collected may include, but is not limited to the following: IP address, domain, browser type and language, referring website addresses, date/time of visits, page view data, and search keywords. Non-PII is collected using some of the following standard web technologies:

“Tags and Pixels” are blocks of code that we use to track your navigation of a website or collection of sites, and browsing behavior.

Collectively these technologies enable us to better understand the use of the Dashboard.

Cookies do not allow us to gather any personal information about you and we do not store any personal information that you provided to us in your cookies.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

Broadly speaking, we use personal information such as email address, name and phone number for purposes of administering and expanding the use of the Dashboard, providing customer service and making available other services to our customers and users.

Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the Dashboard.   You may notify us at any time if you do not wish to receive these notices by emailing us at cueteam@versay.com.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not collect PII except when provided voluntarily by the users of the Dashboard.  We do not rent, sell or disseminate PII to third parties.  We will only share this voluntarily-provided PII (i) as necessary to enable a third party service provider to assist or facilitate in use of the Dashboard; (ii) to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive; (iii) to protect the rights and property of Versay, customers, and others, including enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use and protecting our network and physical assets; (iv) with any parent, affiliated or successor entity; in connection with any asset sale, transfer, divestiture or liquidation; or (v) as permitted under any agreement with you.

SECURITY

We use appropriate measures to ensure the security of all information, including the use of passwords, firewalls, encryption and remote servers, and routinely evaluate our practices to identify security threats or opportunities for the improvement of our services. No transmission of information is guaranteed to be completely secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise data security. You acknowledge and agree to assume this risk when using the Dashboard and communicating with us.

USER OBLIGATIONS

As a user of the Dashboard, you have certain obligations. Some of these obligations are imposed by applicable law and regulations and others are contractual requirements between Versay and its customer.  Some of the obligations are listed below.  This list is not an exhaustive list of all of your obligations regarding your access to and use of the Dashboard.

You must, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the current Privacy Policy, User Agreement, and other policies of Versay.  This includes respecting all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, including, but not limited to trademarks or copyrights.

You acknowledge that in using the Dashboard, you will come into possession of confidential information.  You agree to hold such confidential information in strictest confidence and agree not to release such information except to those parties that are also authorized or permitted to access the Dashboard.

You must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with others.

Any violation of these guidelines or those detailed in this Privacy Policy, the User Agreement or elsewhere may lead to the restriction, suspension, or termination of your access to the Dashboard.
