When accessing the Dashboard, you will be asked to provide the following: Name, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Password. In addition, if you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

We do not collect PII except when provided voluntarily by the users of the Dashboard.  We do not rent, sell or disseminate PII to third parties.  We will only share this voluntarily-provided PII (i) as necessary to enable a third party service provider to assist or facilitate in use of the Dashboard; (ii) to comply with applicable laws and regulations or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive; (iii) to protect the rights and property of Versay, customers, and others, including enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use and protecting our network and physical assets; (iv) with any parent, affiliated or successor entity; in connection with any asset sale, transfer, divestiture or liquidation; or (v) as permitted under any agreement with you.

We do not share Non-PII information with any third parties.

The Non-PII data we collect, such as IP address and other information described above is stored for the duration of the user session.  Aggregated summary data, for example information collected using Google analytics (e.g. browser info and web analytics), does not include IP address or other information that may be tied to a particular browser or device may be retained for a period of time longer than 90 days.

We use appropriate measures to ensure the security of all information, including the use of passwords, firewalls, encryption and remote servers, and routinely evaluate our practices to identify security threats or opportunities for the improvement of our services. No transmission of information is guaranteed to be completely secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise data security. You acknowledge and agree to assume this risk when using the Dashboard and communicating with us.

As a user of the Dashboard, you have certain obligations. Some of these obligations are imposed by applicable law and regulations and others are contractual requirements between Versay and its customer.  Some of the obligations are listed below.  This list is not an exhaustive list of all of your obligations regarding your access to and use of the Dashboard.

You acknowledge that in using the Dashboard, you will come into possession of confidential information.  You agree to hold such confidential information in strictest confidence and agree not to release such information except to those parties that are also authorized or permitted to access the Dashboard.

You must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with others.

Any violation of these guidelines or those detailed in this Privacy Policy, the User Agreement or elsewhere may lead to the restriction, suspension, or termination of your access to the Dashboard.
